The Fitness Club at Saybrook Point Inn & spa offers yearly
membership opportunities. It is unlike other Fitness Clubs
in that the atmosphere is more comfortable and refined. Music
is quiet rather than blaring and much of the Club features
beautiful views of Long Island Sound.
The
health club at Saybrook Point is a desirable venue for the
serious athlete. It is available to hotel guests on a complimentary
basis though there is a small charge for some of our specialty
classes. The Fitness Club is a welcoming starting point for
those that are just beginning their wellness journey. Membership
is limited in order to ensure that our members continue to
enjoy a more relaxed and personalized experience.
