DINING & BARS: Dining at The Hayes Mansion combines the best of California's exciting culinary innovations with the timeless ambiance of this gracious estate. Guests on the Full American Plan enjoy conference dining served buffet style in the Silver Creek Dining Room, accommodating their diverse meeting and recreational schedules. The buffet’s bounty provides every palate with a variety of delectable choices from all corners of the gastronomic globe.
Menus change daily, allowing the center's chefs to take advantage of Northern California's wealth of fresh produce, Pacific seafood, and unique food specialties such as Sonoma lamb, Central Valley olives, Gilroy garlic, savory local cheeses, and fine wines. Many dishes feature freshly picked herbs from the gardens on the center's grounds.
The Silver Creek Dining Room is also the locale of Silicon Valley's most renowned Sunday Brunch, served buffet style from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. each Sunday. Orlo's features an eclectic menu complemented by gracious service. For drinks, relaxation and conversation, guests enjoy the cozy President's Lounge with its adjacent patios.
