HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
The hotel owner Walter Mair, from South Tyrol (Northern Italy), is used to jealousy and envy. His buffet breakfast is said to be the best on the island. The mouth-watering delicacies are arranged by the owner himself and include wafer-thin crepes with fruit salad, grilled courgette slices, pancakes with syrup, or baked pineapple dusted with icing sugar.
In the well-tended garden there is a pool and an open bar.
And of course, breakfast also features the standard ham and eggs with toast. Mr Mair is the owner of the charming Coral Caribe, which is situated in a quiet location and yet very close to the beach (just a one-minute walk).
