The resort is currently in the final stages of a $40 million renovation and enhancement project, to be completed in Spring 2007. The highly-anticipated Club Level Suites and Rooms are expected to open in fall 2007. The Club Level will offer the ultimate in luxury with 55 suite rooms, fifteen one-bedroom Executive Suites, three two-bedroom, 3,000-square foot Presidential Suites, and the opulent top-floor Ritz-Carlton Suite. All of the Club Suites have unobstructed ocean views and private balconies and will provide access to the private Club Lounge offering five elaborate culinary presentations daily and a dedicated Club Concierge.

Bleuwater
Enjoy the freshest local seafood and indulge in worldly favorites while overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea that serves as Bleuwater's inspiration. Created by Executive Chef Jasper Schneider, the menu's delicacies include ahi tuna tartar, a selection of spiny lobster including lobster carpaccio, lobster wonton and lobster thai curry soup, and red wine braised Kobe beef short ribs. The casually elegant dining experience at Bleuwater is enhanced by floor to ceiling French doors that open to the surreal tropical beauty of Great Bay. And for those who prefer to dine al fresco, the restaurant offers patio and terrace seating, surrounded by lush tropical plants and lit by the glow of candlelight.

Coconut Cove Beach Bar & Grill
Coconut Cove is an open-air seating venue open for lunch and dinner. The pool deck and beach are steps away from the restaurant, giving guests the option to enjoy the entire menu poolside or beachside, in one of our 250 lounge chairs. The expansive bar specializes in a full range of tropical specialties, wines and beers. Daily lunch from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. (pool or beach) Dinner from 6 - 9 p.m. Bar is open from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Beach attire welcome.
