Palm Cafe is owned and operated by Chef Teresa Lobb, who hails from London, and has been in Brunei Darussalam for more than 10 years. The restaurant is famed for its Western cuisine. There is also a selection of Oriental, Vegetarian and Kid's Menu.

The restaurant is well laid out in the sense that there are four sections; the main dining room with its private partitioned area at the inner room and overlooking the sparkling waters of the poolside fronting the Palm Garden Hotel.
The ambience is soothing and decor well done with details in the table setting, wall finishing and art decor. The woodwork and carvings create an elegant and very aesthetically pleasing environment to dine in style.

The restaurant itself is simple though meant for fine dining. It's ambiance is welcoming, unintimidating for those who are unaccustomed but meeting all the expectations one would anticipate of such an establishment. The staff friendly and accommodating. A great place to connect with friends and family, business associates or perhaps just to share the space and maybe for that moment in time, your life with someone.

Having met and connect with Teresa Lobb, She is a humble and passionate person despite the vast depth and dearth of culinary experience and most certainly a joy to know. Able to boast a sterling cumulative experience over 25 years as a Caterer and Executive Chef in various notable establishments all over the globe including the Yacht Chef to HRH Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam, Chef to various other members of the Royal Families around the world. This further enhanced to us how passionate and what great love she has for her vocation and food. Putting not just her skills into her craft but her heart and soul into it.
