The Steung Siemreap Hotel is rebuilt – new buildings, in the French Quarter; Psah Chas (Old Market) retaining her true colonial French characteristics, wooden louvre french-windows, doors and wooden floors complete with wrought iron balconies. The interiors whilst youthfully modern, bright airy and cheerful retain some semblance of her 1930’s art-decor characteristics with a hint Khmer flavour.

The original building had 33 guest rooms and a small restaurant serving exceptional French farmer's home cooking; thick gravy and potatoes. The buildings have 76 guest rooms including a 2 bedroom suite, single bedroomsuites together with a restaurant, bar and business center.
