Itinerary:
D01: Arrive Beijing
Arrive Beijing in the afternoon, the capital of China. Upon arrival, directly transfer to hotel for check in. Free program in the evening.

D02: Beijing
Begin the day’s activity with a visit to Tian’anmen Square, the largest urban square in the world, and the “Forbidden City”, the biggest palace complex in the world. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvest. Before dinner time, you will watch the Acrobatic show in the theater. (B,L)

D03: Beijing
Today’s highlight is your visit to the Great Wall, one of the “Seven Wonders of the World” and a symbol of Chinese civilization. A short drive away is the Ming Tombs, here you can see the underground palace for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty.
A Peking Duck Dinner concludes your full day activities in Beijing. (B,L,D)

D04: Beijing- Xian
After a relaxed breakfast at hotel this morning, you will take coach to visit the enchanting Summer Palace, one of China’s largest and best-preserved royal gardens.
Then take afternoon flight to Xian. Meet in the airport and transfer in to the city.
Upon arrival, directly visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in 652 A.D. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures which were obtained from India by the eminent monk of Xuanzang. (B,L)

D05: Xian
Begin the day’s activity with an once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2,200-year-old Terracotta Warriors & Horses of China’s first feudal Emperor, Qin Shihuang. Added highlights are a visit to the Huaqing Hot Spring - a former resort area especially for the emperors and the royal family. (B,L)

D06: Xian- Luoyang
After breakfast, take train to Luoyang, N352, 1101/1625, by soft seats. Meet in the train station and transfer in. Lunch on the train by pax own arrangement, but dinner is included. City tour and check in hotel. (B,D)

D07: Luoyang-Shaolin Temple-Zhengzhou
Full day visit to the Long Men Grottoes, which was built in the year 494, during the Northern Wei Dynasty. The Long Men Grottoes is one of China’s three leading treasure house of grotto art, with 2,100 grottoes. The largest Buddhist sculpture stands 17.14 meters tall. Then visit White Horse Temple and the Shaolin Temple, which is located at the foot of Song Shan Mountain --- the central of the five sacred mountains in China. After it, transfer to Zhengzhou, by bus. (B,L)

D08: Zhengzhou- Kunming
After breakfast, city tour in Zhengzhou; After lunch, take an afternoon flight to Kunming, known as “The City of Eternal Spring”. Visit the Grand View Tower. (B,L)

D09: Kunming-Dali
Fly to Dali by a morning flight, meet in the airport and transfer in. Dali is a historically and culturally famous city of China, which is renowned for her historical interests. Dali City stands against Cangshan Mountain in the west and adjoins Erhai Lake in the east, and is embraced by undulating hills around. You will have a cruise tour on the Erhai Lake, and enjoy Three Flavors of Tea with Bai People’s Performances in Xizhou old town. After it, visit the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Monastery, and explore Dali Ancient Town. (B,L)

D10: Dali- Lijiang
After breakfast, transfer to Lijiang by coach. Upon arrival, visit the Lijiang Old City, which is just like the Suzhou city in the east of China with many canals and bridges. (B,L)

In the morning, excursion to Yulong Snow Mountain (by cable car up to Yunshanping); in the afternoon, visit Tiger Leaping Gorge to enjoy the fantastic natural beauty. Then be transferred back to Lijiang, by coach. (B,L)

D12: Lijiang-Kunming
Morning fly back to Kunming, upon arrival, directly visit the Stone Forest boasted as the World’s Karst Wonder. This area offers visitors a unique landscape of stark limestone pillars twisted and sculpted by wind and water erosion some 270 million year ago. From a distance, these stone pillars look indeed like a dense forest; hence the name of Stone Forest. It covers an area of 350 square kilometers, yet only about 11.92 square kilometers have been developed as scenic landscape open to the public. Then transfer to Kunming in the late afternoon, by coach. (B,L)

D13: Kunming-Shanghai
After breakfast, visit to the Western Hill, from the top of which you get through the Dragon Gate and have a beautiful panoramic view of Dianchi Lake. After visit, go for lunch. In the afternoon, take flight to Shanghai. Meet in the airport and transfer in. (B,L)

D14: Shanghai
Full day visit to the fascinating Yuyuan Garden, a well-restored Suzhou-style garden, and take a walk through the Old Town filled with antique markets and specialty stores. And the Jade Buddha Temple. The temple got its name from the two jade statues of Sakyamuni, one seated and one standing, both brought from Myanmar. In the afternoon, visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, to have a bird’s eye view of the whole city. After it, visit the Bund, at the west shore of the Huangpu River. The splendid row of early 20th century Europe buildings remains the quintessential Shanghai sight. Then go to visit Nanjing Road, which is Shanghai’s main shopping street and famous for its modern stores. (B,L)
