Day 01; Arrive Delhi

Arrive Delhi - meet, assist by our representative and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon proceed for a half day combined city tour of Old and New Delhi. See the Jamma Mosque, Shantivan, drive past India Gate and Raj Ghat-where the Father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated (1948) in Old Delhi. In New Delhi, take a photo stop at Qutub Minar (72mts high), drive past Red Fort, Embassy area, Jantar Mantar-an astronomical observatory (1717), and Connaught Place-the main Shopping centre in New Delhi. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 02; Delhi Srinagar 5200 ft.

In time transfer to airport to connect the flight for Srinagar.

Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Houseboat. Later evening Enjoy 2 - 3 Hours Boat Ride on Dal Lake by a gondola Boat called ”SHIKARA” witness the ride on lake, called Venice of India & experience the aquatic life of Srinagar. Also see the scenic extravaganza of the Kashmir and enjoy the profusion of colors in the Paradise on Earth. While returning visit to the local crafts market and see the fine carved hand-made articles from Paper Machie & wood of a walnut. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 03;   Srinagar - Gulmarg 54 Kms – One Way 8700 ft.

“Early Morning proceed for the tour of Old City, Later transfer to Gulmarg, called as “Meadow of Flowers” with picnic lunch. Gulmarg is 53 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg also referred as Meadow of Flowers is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Ride – OPTIONAL (Gondola) overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04; Gulmarg

Full day for Skiing in Gulmarg The skiing season in Gulmarg usually commences before Christmas (around middle of December) and continues till middle of April. In January-February, 1998 the first National Winter Games of India were held at Gulmarg, for which the facilities were enormously improved and upgraded. The resort acquired two Kasse Bohrer snow beating machines used for preparing skiing slopes, and five snowmobiles, which can be made available for going up the mountain. Good quality equipment, including skis, boots, sticks, gloves and goggles are available on hire on the spot from the Government-run ski shop. There are also trained instructors available for guiding the tourists. Gulmarg is ideally suited for learning skiing, as it is probably the cheapest ski resort in the world. Overnight at Hotel


Day 05; Gulmarg

Full day for Skiing in Gulmarg. Gulmarg is the perfect skiing destination for many adventure seekers. One can hire all the equipment needed, such as skis and sticks, snow boots, mufflers, woolen socks, jackets, goggles, etc here. One can take skiing lessons from ski instructors too. The time to enjoy skiing in Gulmarg is between November to February. The slopes in Gulmarg vary from 8,700 ft to 10,500 ft. One remarkable fact about Gulmarg is that it is the only heli-skiing resort in Asia. Though not exactly an adventure sport, Golf is enjoyed as a relaxing activity by many. Gulmarg has the world's highest golf course. Visitors can enjoy golf by obtaining a short-term membership at the Golf Club. Gulmarg is also the place for enjoying long walks. One can walk through woods, and green hills. You can also check out Nanga Parbat and Haramukh. Overnight at Hotel

Day 06; Gulmarg-Srinagar

Transfer from Gulmarg to Srinagar. Check in at Deluxe Houseboat. PM Visit Mogul Garden "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All). Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard. On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments. Later take 02 Hours Shikara Ride in Dal Lake. Overnight at Houseboat.

Day 07; Srinagar – Delhi

In time transfer to airport to connect the flight for Delhi. On arrival at Delhi transfer to international airport for onward connection.
