Started its operation on May 2000 with well appointed 36 A/C Rooms by our Late Managing Partner T.P Musthafa who had passed away in 2004 November. His vision "Comfortable stay and dine for any class of gust who visit Kannur" now his vision and ambition is been fulfilled by his brother Mr.T.P Haneefa who is leading the hotel. We are having 36 well appointed A/C Rooms one Multi Cuisine Restaurant from here guests are offered an exciting array of food ranging from our traditional Malabar food to Chinese Moghlai and Continental dishes with a capacity of seating 65 people. Twenty four hour coffee shope, 50 pax capacity Board Rooms for business meetings and 300 pax capacity of Millennium Hall for larger business meeting togther these two halls would be the perfect setting for a sophisticated party. HOTEL FACILITIES: The Pavilion Room: Barely 5 meters from the railway station and minutes away from the main market, stands Hotel Malabar Residency right on Kannur’s nerve centre. With a capacity of seating 65 people, this restaurant blends contemporary glass and wood to create little cubicles for privacy, while highlighting the ceiling with classic stained-glass panels etched with exotic motifs. The Village Cafe: For a relaxed cuppa, visit Village Café, its 24 Hours rooftop coffee shop, which overlooks a breathtaking expanse of coconut groves and undulating hillocks. A 50 seater café, this charming roof-with-a- view has a manicured garden to boot, and promises the ideal gateway from noisy neighbours and peering people. The Board Room & Millennium Hall: Malabar Residency also provides for small business meetings at its Boardroom, which seats upto 25 people, Century Hall which has a capacity of 100 people and larger conferences can be held at Millennium Hall which has a capacity of 250 people. Together these two halls would be the perfect setting for a sophisticated party. Ayurvedic Centre The main objective is to detoxify the system and improve health by Ayurveda and Yoga.
