d'Boutiqque Payogan Ubud Bali (formerly The Payogan Resort & spa) managed by Le Grande International Hotels & Resorts will commence operation with 23 unit well appointed villas built on 15 hectares of verdant hillside traversed by 2 river system. All villas are individually designed and feature natural alang-alang roofing, built in such a way that they fully integrate with the surrounding landscape of the Oos river valley. As the resort also owns the opposite riverbank, unobstructed views from any of the villas are guaranteed, creating an all-embracing sense of peace and harmony with nature. Designed as a walled Balinese Village, the villas courtyards with lotus ponds and water works are entered through a Balinese gate.
VILLA MULADHARA CHAKRA (One Bedroom Villa)
A cluster of 4 one-bedroom individual villas, each featuring a private walled garden, combined living / bedroom with twin beds, large semi open-air bathroom, with sunken bath, separate shower stall and enclosed toilet and dressing room The twin beds are converted during the daytime as day beds with comfortable bolsters and cushions. A cozy sofa settee and large floor cushions provide an ambience of leisure and relaxation.
VILLA AJINA CHAKRA (One Bedroom Villa)
A cluster of 4 one-bedroom individual villas, overlooking a creek running parallel with the river Oos and the valley below. Each villa features an oversized four-poster bed, mosquito net and a king-size day bed inside dining table for 4 persons, writing desk and wardrobe. Beautifully hand carved teak entrance doors. Dressing room with private toilet, large semi open-air garden bathroom with waterfall. Sunken bath featuring Buddha figure carved out of stone, separate shower stall, large flower jar and private terrace. Original classic Klungkung paintings, traditional decorative urns carved out of stone, Sofa settee and 2 arm- chairs.
VILLA ANAHATA CHAKRA (One Bedroom Villa with full valley view)
A cluster of 5 one-bedroom individual villas, located at the upper Oos river bank providing full view of the valley below and the opposite woodlands and paddy fields. All villas of this category feature a large terrace or balcony with dining table, 4 console, chairs and a chaise lounge. Large combined bed room/ living room with four poster bed and divan, en-suite dressing room and open air bathroom with sunken bath and separate shower, large writing desk and selected art pieces.
VILLA SAHASRARA CHAKRA (One Bedroom Pool Villa)
A cluster of 4 one-bedroom villas, each features private pool, four-poster bed with mosquito net, located at the upper Oos riverbank with full free view over the valley and opposite woodlands and paddy fields. Spacious combined bedroom living room opens onto a large landscaped pool area with private swimming pool, chaise longue, open air bale with dining table and four chairs, terrace or balcony, large semi open-air bathroom with sunken bath and separate shower stall. Featuring classical murals carved out of stone.
VILLA MANIPURA CHAKRA (Two Bedroom Duplex Villa with private pool)
A cluster of 6 pool villas, each features 2 duplex bedroom and private pool. These villas are fully integrated duplex villas with a large beautifully landscaped swimming pool on the ground floor. The swimming pool area also features an open air Bale with dining table and 4 chairs as well as a console. A large combined bedroom living room with a four-poster bed, mosquito net and relaxing sofa settee that opens up to the pool area with full view over the river valley. The main bathroom features semi open bathroom with sunken bath, separate shower and dressing room. The first floor has a separate entrance and features a combined living room bedroom with en-suite bathroom, combined sunken bath and shower, balcony overlooking the pool area and the valley. The Ganesha Lounge & Bar
The Ganesha Lounge & Bar Visuddha Chakra is simply means the Yoga practice to enhance intellectuality. The library is situated adjacent to the main swimming pool just at the lower part of the Spa facilities, offering internet service and a wide selection of books, magazines and VCDs. CDS and Cassettes for the guest to borrow. Also can be used for board of director and other executive meeting as well as a venue for small private dinner or function.

Swim Up Bar This outlet located under the resort’s waterfall and set in a Sawah style landscaping with open-air bales is programmed to be featuring health drinks and foods, mainly organic, being served for those taking treatment at the health spa. Its interior will feature traditional utensils used in the planting and harvesting of the rice.

The Sawah Spa Restaurant for in-house guest use only (guided program will be set-up) Vashita Yoga Centre, which simply means that in every Ion there is a world in another world, will be built during the phase III and expected to be open in January 2005.
