DINING

The Surf & Turf Sunday Brunch features a children’s buffet and a dessert buffet highlighted by a chocolate fountain and cotton candy.

Scusa. Italian Chef Antonio Massaglo brings an authentic Italian touch to Scusa, the hotel’s award-winning signature restaurant. Exceptional homemade pastas and succulent meats come from the open kitchen’s wood burning oven, rotisserie and charcoal grill nightly. Locals and travellers alike have discovered the monthly events highlighting seasonal items such as Kobe beef, black and white truffles and live seafood.

Bacchus. The god of wine would surely approve of Bacchus, his namesake wine and tapas bar. A glassed-in wine cellar, wall-sized wine rack and impressive redwood bar showcase the selection, which includes 150+ varieties. The grill menu features three cuts of Wagyu and three cuts of Black Angus steaks as well as live pearl lobster. Tapas choices include Serrano Ham, Butterfly Prawns, Mushrooms in Garlic and a selection of fine European cheeses.

Deli. The aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries will draw you to the Deli on the hotel’s lower level. Executive Chef Andre Buser oversees the kitchen, and the Black Forest Cake, New York-style cheesecakes and American Apple Pie have gained a staunch following among the locals. Artisan European breads include Rustic Chiabatta, Olive Foccacia, Whole Meal, Country and Kraft Corn loaves. Sandwiches can be prepared à la minute and enjoyed on site or taken away.
