RESTAURANT: The Portofino Restaurant offers pizzas from our wood oven and other Italian specialities. While our renowned Shang Palace serves authentic Cantonese cuisine at its best. Savour a host of traditional Japanese delights including Teppanyaki, Yakiniku, and Sushi at the Nishimura or our tempting international buffet at the Coffee Garden. Finally there's our dynamic new entertainment centre. Desperados, where you can dine Tex-Mex style and dance to live entertainment the whole night through.

RECREATION: Pass through the Health Club's etched glass doors for Surabaya's finest fitness center. It is fully-equipped with the most advanced facilities such as gymnasium, aerobic's room, sauna, steambath, hot and cold jacuzzi. There are individual rooms with private bathrooms for massages.

Lush and exotic greenery surrounds the free-form lagoon swimming pool, where a cascading stream tumbles from the waterfall beside the swim-up pool bar.
