Kanazawa, flanked by mountains and looking out over the Sea of Japan, is a center of ancient tradition and culture. Unkai Japanese Restaurant 5th floor (95 seats) 7:00-10:00, 11:30-14:30, 17:00-21:30 A set of dishes served on an individual tray as well as specialties from Kaga can be savored while enjoying the view of a nearby Japanese garden. A tempura counter is also available, plus four private rooms.
Karin Chinese Restaurant 2nd floor (74 seats) 11:30-14:30, 17:00-21:30 Enjoy authentic Cantonese dishes with family, friends, or associates. Two private rooms are also available.
Cascade Coffee Shop 1st floor (120 seats) 7:00-23:00 Coffee and light meals served in a casual atmosphere.
Astral Lounge Bar 19th floor (71 seats) 11:00-24:00 Please enjoy renowned liquors from around the world in our top floor lounge until late.
They offer seven banquet facilities - including the enormous 1,000 m2 'Ootori' banquet room to accommodate your every need. Two of the banquet rooms, the 'Ootori' and 'Zuiun' on the main floor (level 3), can be split into two or three sections as the occasion demands.
The fourth floor features an anteroom and five small banquet rooms suitable for meetings. The 'C'est la Vie' multipurpose room is on the second floor.
