With 528 guest rooms, most of which are Western-styled. The limited Japanese-styled rooms are available in the annex of "Sukiya" - the hotel's tea ceremony cottage.

SUPERIOR ROOM are 30sq.m wide, while Deluxe rooms are 38sq.m.
JUNIOR SUITES have an area of 52sq.m and consist of a sitting room and a bedroom. The room can be divided into 2 with a curtain if guest desires. Room has a capacity for 2 persons.
Suites have an area of 78sq.m and a capacity for 2 persons. Most Japanese Rooms have a capacity for 4 persons, while some has only a 3-person capacity. Guests sleep on a futon, as these rooms do not contain any beds.
RESTAURANT at the Grand View restaurant is a panoramic view of the ancient capital. Linden café-restaurant provides food and drink from early morning to late at night. At the hotel's night lounge, cocktails are served with live music playing.
ROOM SERVICE is available. With 12 Restaurants and bars for guests to choose from. Espoir is a French restaurant, while Shisen is a Chinese restaurant. Authentic Kyoto cuisine is offered at the Japanese restaurant, Hamasaku, whereas Teppanyaki is offered at Kunugi.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES The Miyako's Japanese landscape garden, designated as a cultural asset of Kyoto, offers opportunities to appreciate nature while walking around its 800m long bird watching trail. Other recreational facilities are a sauna, a Jacuzzi/spa, a swimming pool and a tennis court.Its 16 banquet and party/conference rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2,000 people. Mizuho-no-ma banquet hall is 1,650sq.m wide.
