Location : The
Silk Road Lodge is a luxurious new full-facility hotel, built in
2000, located in the heart of Bishkek next to the Central Park,
only a few minutes walk from the White House and many of Bishkek's
best restaurants.
Accommodation : The Silk Road Lodge has a collection of 28 pleasantly designed homely rooms. Guestrooms feature bright soft coloured furnishings and natural light from large bay windows. All rooms are equipped with items to help guests feel at home: cable TV (with channels in English, Russian, Kyrgyz, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese); high speed Internet connection; room safe; built-in wardrobe; complimentary newspaper and other comforts. A spacious en-suite bathroom with heated floors and towels replenished every day. Guestrooms vary from 24 to 48 sq. m. depending on the type of room.
There are 10 two room suites (2 with twin beds, 8 with King size beds); 3 spacious Deluxe rooms (with King size beds), 7 Twin rooms and 8 Single rooms.
Hotel Facilities & Services :
Business Centre. For business needs there is a business centre with up-to-date technologies such as fax, scanner, projector, photocopying facilities, wireless Internet access and a conference room. The conference room is a light and airy hall which can accommodate up to 40 people. Computers, printers, faxes can be hired for use in rooms. Video machines and CD machines are also available for hire — with a selection of videotapes, DVDs and CDs available for guests to use, at no extra charge.
Business Centre also offers the following services: E-mail / Internet access; arrange meetings by telephone; assist with visas and OVIR registration; can arrange transport services, interpreters, book tours in-country, or to China and elsewhere.
Restaurant. The stylish Silk Road bar-restaurant offers a full menu with international selections, as well as the traditional Kyrgyz cuisine. World famous wines and a wide selection of local wines. 24 hour room service available with a special “night menu” (at no extra cost). Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the restaurant – or ordered as room service.
