Guests can choose to sit in the covered restaurant, with interiors recreated to the splendour of a Californian winery, or dine al fresco in the poolside or the garden facing the beach. ACCOMMODATION

All 34 rooms face the sea and are cooled by air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Floor to ceiling sliding picture windows provide unhindered vistas of Cenang Beach. All rooms feature in-room safe, mini bar, fresh ground coffee and tea making facilities, daily fresh milk, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Furnishings include an armchair, writing desk and TV Cabinet. The television broadcast 3 local and 5 satellite channels. The bathroom, in generous dimensions, present a separate shower and bath. Deluxe rooms are located on the ground floor whereas the suites are on the first floor.

Pool View & Sea Front Rooms
These rooms are both similar in size and offer the same facilities. However the Sea Front rooms are closer to the beach and offer a greater view of the ocean. 33 sq meters in area, the Pool View & Sea Front Rooms are furnished with king, twin or Hollywood twin bed arrangements. The sliding picture window opens onto a private terrace furnished with two chairs and a drinks table.

Junior Suite
Covering 60 square meters, the Junior-suite offers two sea-facing balconies one furnished with chairs, drinks table and hammock. Living area is furnished with a chaise lounge and separate seating area. The centre piece of the bedroom area is a four poster canopy king bed. Plasma Screens Televisions (32” and 26”) furnish both the bedroom and living area. A large bathroom features a double vanity.

Deluxe Suite
Covering 70 square meters in area the Deluxe Suite has entry into the living room which is furnished with a lounge suite, separate seating area and 37” plasma screen television. Sliding floor to ceiling picture windows open onto a large balcony facing the sea and furnished with seating and drinks table and a hammock. The bedroom has the luxury of a dressing area including dressing table, sofa and IPod docking station. The four poster bed at the far end of the room has a 26" Plasma screen television and faces the second balcony overlooking the beach. A spacious bathroom includes a double vanity.

SUN-KISSED PATIO BREAKFASTS
Local classic dishes sit alongside the western traditional eggs on toast on the breakfast menu at Casa del Mar. Freshly squeezed orange juice, home baked pastries and just-brewed coffee served with a view of fishing boats gliding home (Langkawi’s only rush hour) past Rebak Island laden with the morning catch, quite likely to be tonight’s dinner.

LAZY DECK CHAIR LUNCHES
Lunch in Langkawi, lingers somewhere between the last coffee at breakfast and when the dinner menu is presented. Light crisp salads, overstuffed sandwiches, and a crisp chilled sauvignon blanc are offered to fortify energies for the afternoon activity of lying back and thinking of when you should take the next cooling dip in the pool.

POOL BAR SUNSETS
Sunsets always look better when reinforced with a salt encrusted Margarita or a tangy punch of fresh tropical fruit. When the day’s business of shell collecting, island hopping or shop browsing is done, this is the place to savour the memory and welcome the evening.

MOONLIT BEACHSIDE DINNERS
A special in many hotels, beachside moonlit dinners come as a standard feature at Casa del Mar. Seated among the coconut trees serenaded by the symphony of waves on the shore and the breeze filtered by palm fronds. The menu of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine lightly spiced with the flavours of Asia is ably complemented with a list of 100 wines from all corners of the globe.

LA LUNA
For a special occasion or just to celebrate being here with someone you love La Luna is elegantly and privately set on the beach. You will find that this experience is about exclusive dining in a beautiful location. As the sunsets casting its warm glow across Pantai Cenang, this romantic beach setting will be permeated with the sounds of ‘live’ piano and lit by one hundred candles and flares that cast shadows over the sea. A seven course degustation menu will be served in a tasteful manner to allow you to truly enjoy each other's company, with no interruptions or distractions – apart from the food and wine. Available with 48 hours notice, bookings are limited to two tables per night and are subject to weather. Package is priced at RM500 per person including a degustation menu and selected premium wines throughout the evening.
