SuCasa means "Your Home" in Spanish. It has been positioned as a "Serviced Apartment" that is truly unique as the main attraction lies in its concept of a "Hassle Free City Living". At SuCasa, our guests need NOT be consumed by utility bills, such as, water & electricity charges or maintenance bills, plus one is not restricted to any lease period nor tenancy agreement as we take pride.

Catering to a niche between hotels and private residence, SuCasa is another alternative to hotel as we, at SuCasa, provide more than just a room. With an option of daily, weekly, or long term stay, be rest assured that you will feel right at home in our fully furnished apartments, for the ultimate experience in comfort, privacy and spaciousness.

ROOM FEATURES

There are 180 tastefully furnished one and two-bedroom apartments, complete with a lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Our flexibility of a daily or monthly rental is planned to suit your particular needs. Features a separate bedroom with either king-size bed or twin bed and attached bathroom, a living and dining area and kitchenette.

Our 1-Bedroom Apartment occupies about 689sq. feet. - larger than most hotel rooms. Our guests can, quite literally, move in with a suitcase and instantly enjoy the comfort of a fully furnished apartment. Spacious apartment unit featuring separate living and dining area, kitchenette, two bedrooms with attached bathroom. Caters for 4 adults on sharing basis.

Apart from corporate travellers and being cost effective, the 2-Bedroom Apartments also sound far more appealing for "family get-away" for the weekend as these apartments can easily accommodate a family of 4 with ease. Our kitchen provides with an option of preparing your own meals or simply making yourself a hot cup of coffee.

As the 2nd bedroom can be converted to an office area, it provides the flexibility for business executives to work or conduct business in the apartment.
