LOCATION
An attractive resort offering a good standard of accommodation
and an excellent house reef, good for diving and other water
sports. 28 km from the airport. Length about 450 m, width 270
m. Distance to the house reef about 20 m, distance to the outer
reef 30 m. Transfers by speed boat from the airport to the island
or vice-versa take approx. 1 1/2 h. |
ACCOMMODATION
The 60 indigenous styled non air-conditioned and air-conditioned
bungalows offer en-suite facilities with cold fresh water, for
a total of 92 rooms. 48 of these rooms are standard, 26 are
superior and 18 are superior with air-conditioning. All 92 beach
front rooms are suitably located just a few meters away from
the waters edge that in turn, compliments the atmosphere of
the island. |
RESTAURANTS
The main restaurant at Fihalhohi offers some of the best cuisine
in the Maldives, including a variety of chicken, fish, and meat
dishes. Food served on the island is extremely good and varied.
A large selection of specialized national dishes served alternatively,
making sure that food does not become monotonous either.Almost
every Friday a Maldivian buffet is organized.Relax
and enjoy your favorite cocktail in the bar or lounge area situated
on the beach overlooking the sea. |

lagoon that surrounds the island. A number of equipment at the
watersports centre are also geared for the enjoyment of the
children ensuring that they enjoy the water as much as you.A
well-equipped diving school has a team of professional diving
instructors. A full spectrum of facilities includes catamaran
sailing, wind surfing, and canoeing for water sport enthusiasts.Nightlife
includes disco a week and other activities like crab racing,
