OVERVIEW
A unique way to experience the Maldives while the Resort prepares
for reopening, Four Seasons Explorer allows avid divers, water
enthusiasts, nature lovers and 21st-century explorers to discover
remote shores and rarely visited dive/snorkelling sites among
the untouched reaches of the exotic atolls.
Also
a wonderful complement to Four Seasons Resort Maldives at
Kuda Huraa, this 11-cabin, three-deck catamaran takes you
island-hopping in inimitable Four Seasons style. Limited to
22 passengers, this private cruise experience goes far beyond
the normal beach escape. With ample on-board activities and
a choice of three-, four- or seven-night cruises, Four Seasons
Explorer offers an unforgettable vacation for divers and non-divers
alike. Children over the age of 10 years are welcome. |
FACILITY SUMMARY
The 39-metre (128-foot) catamaran features spacious State
Rooms and a beautifully appointed Explorer Suite, two sun
decks with a jetted tub on the second deck, a restaurant
with indoor and outdoor dining, a bar, lounge and library.

THE CRUISE
EXPERIENCE
Guests can select from two routes for the seven-day cruise:
the Northern Passage or the Southern Cross. Each includes
numerous sites, pre-selected for their unique diving or
on-shore recreation potential.
Along
the journey, guests can select to participate in dives in
seldom-seen regions; snorkel or play in turquoise waters
teeming with neon-coloured sealife; enjoy amazing lunch
breaks or dinner celebrations on private, white-sand beaches;
relax like Robinson Crusoe in the shade of a coconut palm;
or indulge in an on-board massage – daily, if desired.

FOR DIVERS
One of the world’s top 10 diving destinations, the Maldives
offers plenty of choice when it comes to the marvels of the
underwater world. Four Seasons Explorer’s Dive Centre
is managed by an international staff of instructors, and is
equipped with Nitrox Air and a comprehensive selection of
gear. All trips offer unique opportunities to dive at remote
locations.

FOUR SEASON
EXPLORER CABIN
Cabins on the Four Seasons Explorer catamaran are bright and
airy. All are air-conditioned and include a full ensuite bathroom.
State Rooms feature twin beds which can be converted into a
king bed, while the elegant Explorer Suite offers a king bed,
a living area with day bed and couch and an indoor dining area.
