| Island Explorer - A Floating
Resort “Island Explorer” is a new category of diving
vessel that offers the facilities and the comforts of an ocean
cruiser. The Norske Veritas Class ship is anchored in the middle
of the Ari Atoll. Kandholhudhoo
is an exceptionally beautiful small island. Lush tropical vegetation
and white sandy beaches are encircled by a coral reef, which
is one of the best in the Maldives. A luxury Spa within dense
tropical vegetation, a thriving coral reef up to the waters
surface and professional information about marine life are a
unique combination. “Island Explorer” passengers can
enjoy the natural beauty of the island, the services of a de-luxe
Spa, of a snorkeling school and of a small restaurant. Together
with a qualified guide or independently, you can make snorkel
tours through the excellent coral reef. |
ACCOMMODATION
The Island Explorer
has 50 cabins with twin or double bed configuration and come
with all modern facilities to ensure that your holiday accommodation
is both relaxing and comfortable. In-room facilities include:

On board the
Island Explorer, you will be able to enjoy a host of items
from the main restaurant as well as from the coffee shop and
the bars. A collection of international cuisine, European,
Asian and Maldivian specialties are available on board. The
bars have an excellent variety of beers, wines and liqueurs
as well as fresh fruit juices and other soft drinks. A special
24 hour room service menu will be available.

On board the Island Explorer, there will never be a dull
moment. Entertainment programs will be arranged weekly including
live music, disco and traditional Maldivian dancing BODUBERU
sessions. In addition, there will be home entertainment
facilities in the common room such as Video, DVD and VCD.
