• Sweeping and/or vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing each room.
• Mopping all wet areas in the premises.
• All flat surface areas are wiped and/or dusted.
• Furniture (including under cushions and inside dresser drawers) are vacuumed.
• Cleaning dirt smudges off high traffic wall areas.
• All interiors and exteriors of appliances and cabinets are inspected and cleaned.
• Tables and Chairs in eating area cleaned and sanitized.
• Small countertop appliances and microwave cleaned inside and out.
• Bathroom areas are scrubbed and sanitized including sinks, toilets, tubs, mirrors and countertops.
• Fixtures are sanitized and chrome shined.
• Linens are changed on each bed and towels in each bathroom.
• Soiled linens are washed, folded and organized by color and type and placed in the linen closet.
• All trash will be emptied and placed in outdoor receptacle bin.
• Outdoor areas neatened and wiped down.
• Restocking of all amenities in kitchen and bathrooms.
• Arrange all moved decor and furniture as it was in case of previous guest's "redecorating".
