From the ashes of the big fire of 1980 rose the beginnings of this lodge. The patriarch of the family, Mr. Julio Uyammi started construction in 1982 and finished in 1984. Lodging operations started in 1984 as the building steadily grew to what is now a 7-storey building. The whole building houses residential areas in the first three flours. The rest is devoted to the family’s quarters, the 22 rental rooms, a conference hall and a laundry deck that offers an unimpeded view of the Rice terraces.

Greenview Lodge rooms are really clean and spacious. Each room has a native motif for its furnishings and each is double walled! With a minimal fee, the guest can request extra towels and blankets.
