| ROOM FEATURE |

NATIVE CABANAS offers 10 cabanas complete with tatched roofs, woven matted walls and bamboo slat floors. Of course, though the huts have rustic motifs, you can always count on the bathrooms being quite modern. All the cabanas are sitting high up above the cottages, of course, with a nice view of the sea. (no air-conditioning)
COTTAGES 18 refurbished cottages replaced with red weather- resistant roofs, wood paneled floors, and air-conditioning, bathrooms, feature queen-sized beds or single beds. Every cottage has its own balcony and a fantastic view of the sea.
COTTAGE SUITE roosted high above a number of cottages is our only two-bedroom cottage suite. It comes with its own living room for those who want extra privacy. It is also equipped with 2 bathrooms and a large balcony with a view. This unit is ideal for a family of six. |

VILLA SUITES two bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. One suite is larger than the other. Both bedrooms open up to a large sheltered veranda lined with a decorative Spanish grill.

THE MAIN CORE an environment of relaxation and convenience in an atmosphere that is in harmony with nature. Offers a cool refreshing fruit drink and the awaiting staff of the front desk. Take in the beautiful panoramic view of the sea through the restaurant’s windows with both local and international cuisine and seafood dishes.
MAIN CORE GIFT SHOP/GAME ROOM bring home mementos of your stay or if you need those necessary stuff like sun tan lotions, hats, bathing suits, wrap around sarongs, toys for the kids, underwater disposable cameras, toiletries and more. A Game Room with a pool table and ping pong is also available for those who want to simply unwind.
here is also a community TV room. Though most rooms have their own private TVs, there is nothing like enjoying a good movie with other guests especially with a glass of wine in your hand and then discussing about it after. For business meetings, the Main Core also have one of several Conference Rooms located on the second level.
SWIMMING POOLS the resort has three (3) swimming pool facilities, fresh water swimming pool connected by a fun water slide. Lower pool and water slide, Upper [kids] pool with two waterfalls.
THE REEF POOL at about 12 feet deep, this pool is a real attraction mainly because they get to swim with baby sharks! Beside being a launching pad and training tank for novice scuba divers, snorkelers. Also used by the local marine conservation authorities as a rehabilitation pool for injured or juvenile sea animals |

SOUTH-END POOL a facility with bar and coffee shop. With views of the distant island of Maricaban as well as its smaller cohort, Sombrero Island.
SEPOC BEACH CENTER in this natural island paradise, you are encouraged to explore this unspoiled and sublime natural wonder. Its crystal waters also offer guests a chance to go snorkelng and be one with the sea and all its wonders. An incredible coral reef garden lies not far from the beach.
MAIN FUNCTION ROOM is the biggest (100 pax) which is located on the third level of the villa next to the Casablanca with a easy access via a pathway from Main Core. It is in this room that we have hosted several corporate functions and wedding receptions.
