Objective - The objective of the Employee of the Month Program is to recognize special employees for outstanding work performance, good working relations with fellow employees and clients.
The Employee of the Month is selected based on overall quality of work and dedication to the Company. Reflecting the diverse nature of the Company's workforce, the Company Employee of the Month should model many of the following qualities: flexibility, adaptability, initiative, leadership, responsibility, and innovation. Outside activities relating to the person's work is also considered.
