The Leisure Coast Resort is owned and operated by the Arzadon Leisure Corporation of Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As early as 1998. Facilities include Sabina Restaurant and its two Function halls, 250 yard driving range and outdoor Family Garden Grill, Gef's waterpark, the cabaņas, a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course and Niki's Garden, a garden type function hall was introduced. Presently, Leisure Coast is planning on adding more cabaņa rooms and expanding the current waterpark to add more rides and attractions. |

THE SABINA RESTO the main dining area is the Sabina Resto, which has established a reputation as one of the coziest places to dine in the city. It boasts of sumptuous Filipino, Chinese and other international meals delicately prepared by culinary experts.
JUSTIN FUNCTION HALL these fully carpeted and elegantly designed, a tribute to the management's commitment of providing the community with facilities that they can be truly be proud of. The function halls can accommodate up to 500 guests at a time. For smaller functions or events, the hall can be divided into two smaller areas. |

GEF'S WATERPARK a big attraction inside the resort, the very first of its kind in the province. The waterpark can only be described as one hectare of pure fun and excitement. With its three (3) storey slides, kiddie wading pool, lazy river and main pool, this facility has attracted kids of all ages. Recently, the wave pool opened, only the fourth of its kind in the whole country.
SEMINAR ROOMS & VIDEOKE ROOMS reserved specifically for events requiring privacy and concentration. It is equipped with facilities necessary for successful seminars, meetings and other similar functions. The resort recently opened the private Videoke Rooms where guests can sing their favorite songs in a comfortable atmosphere in the company of their friends.
