On the resort grounds you'll find the world's only waling waling forest, considered to be among the most important Philippine Orchid species. Its fantastic landscape is strewn with collections of assorted plants, orchids, fruit trees, palms and other native ornamental plants. Malagos is also home of the first and only full production bird show in the country, Malagos Garden's Interactive Bird Show. MULTIPLE FAMILY COTTAGE each large, comfortable room has two single beds and two pull out beds, and can take 4 people, and up to 6 with extra matresses. Fresh white sheets, soft pillows, hot running water, airconditioner, and a private bathroom are present in each room. A TV and sofas are placed outside on the lounge, but with distractions like the Bird Park and Butterfly Sanctuary just minutes from your door, we doubt you'll spend much time indoors. PRESIDENTIAL COTTAGE the finest place to stay at Malagos can hold 6 guests, with a partition screening off the queen bed, with space for an additional 6 people. There's a hot & cold shower, complete with bath tub, aircon, tv, mini bar, and an enormous tiled private verandah with dining tables and chairs.
NARRA COTTAGE is divided into two parts. Each partition can sleep 50 people in dormitory type accommodation. Electric fans and matresses laid upon the floor are provided. This style of accommodation can only be availed by a minimum of 25 people per room. It is very popular with groups of students, the Cottage can sleep 100 people comfortably. |

They will introduce you the biggest living bird in the world, the Ostrich, as well as other exotic birds like the parrot, eagle, ducks, etc. In a special presentation, learn about thir differences and similar from other animals like sheep, goats, crocodiles, turtles guinea pigs, rabbits, cows, and horses will be explained. Guests will have many chances to pet them after the show.
If you're adventurous enough you could ride a horse and do some horseback riding, or just ride our calesa around the resort. Badminton, billiards and darts are also available at a minimal fee. Explore the mountain trails of Malagos on horseback like a true adventurer. For the more laid back horse lover, be driven through the orchid lined pathways of the resort in a traditional Philippine calesa. |
