Nestled among the evergreen forests of the northern province at an elevation of 7,200 feet above sea level, the hotel is situated in Sinto, Bauko, Mt. Province.

From a cozy lodge to an "Economy Class Hotel", this PTA property having been operational since 1962, has expanded into two wings with 22 rooms. Average size of standard bedrooms are 18.94 sq. m. in the old wing and 15.62 sq.m. for the new wing.

Climate is generally cool with pine-scented trees surrounding the area and terraced slopes planted with rice and vegetables making it an ideal place for families and honeymooners. All rooms are screened and well furnished. Equipped with intercom, it also has private toilet / bath with hot and cold water.
