LANGUAGES

COTABATO - The province of Cotabato, at the heart of Mindanao  is also a home of Mt Apo, the highest peak in the country and also boast of its rare freshwater lake at Venado, the monkey eating eagle, the "waling waling" orchids and the lake Agko, with the rare blue boiling water. It is also famous for the Kalibongan Festival where the Manobos, Bagobos and other highland tribes from different parts of the province and other provinces gather and proudly display their tradition and cultural heritage. The Kidapawan City fruit festival held around October should not be missed.
