Sitio Remedios is a private village resort situated in an 18,000 square meter of land in Barangay Victoria, Currimao, Ilocos Norte, facing the South China Sea. It is a re-created Ilocano village typical of the mid-fifties, and stands as a reminder of a more genteel era. The houses and other buildings are made of vintage bricks and wood salvaged from mid-century structures mostly from the towns of Ilocos Norte. The lay-out is in a grid typical of Spanish times, the quadricula, respectful of spaces and ancient trees, amid which the structures are built.

This noble house, the largest in the Sitio, is finished in the grand but austere Ilocano manner. Its wide windows and spacious bedrooms and two livingrooms overlook the Plaza de Manzanilla, commanding a sweeping view of the South China Sea, and its fiery sunsets. There is a garden-bathroom in the first floor. Batac is known for its famous sons Gen. Artemio Ricarte, Bishop Gregorio Aglipay, President Ferdinand Marcos, among many others. The wedding portrait of Mariano and Remedios Cuanang was rendered by National Artist Bencab in his inimitable Larawan style, and is the focal point of the ground floor living room. Another portrait of Remedios, Maestra, by Antonio Leaño graces the sitting area. A large mural by the artist Manny Garibay, honoring the bravery of Gen. Ricarte (El Vibora) hangs in the dining area, while a portrait of Bishop Aglipay graces the second floor sitting area. Portraits of the Luna brothers Juan and Antonio, born in the neighboring town of Badoc, are also featured.
