The Villa-Franca Resort is located at Bagong Kalsada,Santa Fe Subdivision, Calamba , Laguna, Philippines. The resort was built in June 2004 and opened its doors on March 2005. The resort is on a spacious six hundred (600) square meters of property. It is a thirty (30) minute drive south from Manila or thirty (30) minutes north from Batangas City.

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
This resort location opened in January 2007. It is a spacious 13,500 square meters large and surrounded by 25 mango trees. The grounds are landscaped with a variety of plants and flowers. For your enjoyment, there is a large olympic size swimming pool with beautiful waterfalls and slides. A separate children's pool is available for their enjoyment and safety. Several market umbrellas, beach chairs, and lounges adorn the pool area. Separate shower rooms and bathrooms are also available. It is a 90-minute drive south from Manila and 15 minutes north from Batangas City.
There is a pavilion that holds 600 guests comfortably. It has parquet floors built for ballroom dancing. The pavillion is perfect for wedding receptions, birthday parties, debuts, concerts and meetings. A beautiful
house is next to the pavillion and available for guests.
