The Villamar 1 Beach Resort, Two related families run the resort, but management is separate between Villamar 1, on the right side of the resort gate, and Villamar 2, on the left side of the resort gate.

• Veranda - Cozy for 2, and a small veranda leading to the room, overlooking the grounds
• Cabana - 6 rooms each with a small porch that opens to the sea
• Nipa - 4 rooms built like houses on stilts, on the fishpond
• Color Cluster - Rooms are in color pink, grey, yellow, and beige with a view of the fishpond
• Cottages F&G - At the yard is a pergola with bougainvilla clinging to the trellis
• Azotea - Best view of the beach from the wide azotea outside, ideal for family or group bonding
• Cabana Suite - A separate lounge and dining area from the room, unobstructed view of the sea
• Veranda Suite - A very private suite that overlooks the fishpond.
• Terazza - Beautifully furnished junior suites. A table with chairs, for dining, drinks, or card games
• Azotea Suite - The best accommodation in the resort

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

GAZEBOS
Gazebos are open-air facilities, each with its own faucet and sink, a huge round table, and built-in seats around the hexagonal structure. with power outlets where guests plug in their own videoke machines.

FUNCTION ROOM
A fully-airconditioned hall with an adjoining garden terrace. Arrangements for catering and entertainment can be arranged with the management of the resort.

PICNIC BY THE BEACH
Shaded picnic tables are set near the water, and may be rented in clusters, cordoned-off for big groups. Otherwise, a table or two will be good enough for a family or a group of friends.

RESTAURANT AND STORE
An al fresco restaurant serving a full menu of dishes from breakfast to dinner. The store is stocked with just about everything visitors forget to bring with them.
