Seoul Express Bus Terminal
Description
Bus lines to Gyeongsang-do and Gangwon-do start from Seoul Express Bus Terminal. The newly constructed Central City Terminal next to Seoul Express Bus Terminal offers the Honamseon Line, which connects Seoul to Jeolla-do.

At Express Bus Terminal Station (Seoul Subway Line No.3 or No.7), take the underground passage that leads to Seoul Express Bus Terminal. Follow the Gyeongbuseon Line Signs which are posted everywhere. Line No.3 offers an easier route to the terminal than Line No.7.
Central City Bus Terminal
Description
Central City Bus Terminal offers the Honamseon Line (Jeolla-do), and the Namhaeseon Line (southern coastal area). It is located next to Seoul Express Bus Terminal.

Taxis
Taxis are plentiful, clean, safe, and inexpensive in Korea.
There are taxi stands in most busy city areas, and taxis can also be hailed on the streets.
As well, certain taxis can be requested by phone though the fare for these special call taxis is somewhat higher than regular taxis An increasing number of taxi drivers speak some English.
Regular Taxis
The fare system is based on both distance and time.
Fares are ₩1,900 for the first 2 kilometers and ₩100 for each additional 144 meters.
If the taxi is going less than 15 kilometers per hour, an additional charge of ₩100 per 35 seconds is added to the fare.
The fare between Incheon International Airport and downtown Seoul is usually around ₩50,000(including toll) though it could be higher if traffic is congested .
Fares increase 20 percent between midnight and 4 a.m.

Brand Taxis
The Brand taxis “Kind Call Taxi” and “KT Powertel” are equipped with a simultaneous interpretation machine, a receipt issuance machine and wireless data terminal with auto-matic vehicle locations system (a 24-hour call center checks real-time taxi availability and dispatches the closet one ). The fare is the same as that of regular taxi and 1,000 won is surcharged for call usage.

Deluxe Taxis
Deluxe taxis called “mobeom” taxi in Korean, are black with a yellow sign on the top and the words “Deluxe Taxi” written on the sides. They offer more passenger space and a high standard of service. Fares are ₩4,500 for the first 3 kilometers and ₩200 for each additional 164 meters or each 39 seconds if the speed drops below 15 kilometers per hour. The usual fare between Incheon Int’l Airport and downtown is about ₩80,000 won(including toll). Receipts are given. There is no late-night surcharge. Deluxe taxis can be taken at stands located at hotels, stations, bus terminals, and major city streets. They also can be called at ☎ 02-558-8000 (English and Japanese).
Taxi Vans
Eight-passenger van taxis are in service. They are installed with simultaneous foreign language interpretation by phone, receipt-issuing equipment, and credit card processing terminal. Fares are the same as deluxe taxis. Passenger carrying large amounts of baggage may find them convenient. They can be called at ☎ 02-888-2000.
