RIM TALAY RESTAURANT The open air structure of the Rim Talay Restaurant allows diners to enjoy the balmy, tropical breeze as they enjoy an international selection of dishes from the a la carte menu. THE JETTY As an alternative to relaxing by the pool, the Jetty has sunbeds and is a quiet place to read a book and enjoy the sea breeze.  Sandwiches, salads and drinks are served.
