Employee
Of the Month Program
The Employee of the Month program is a new incentive that
will recognize those employees who consistently exhibit superior
job performance and high levels of quality service.
This award
has been created to recognize service that is above and beyond
what is normally expected. Examples could be a cost saving
innovation, an idea for improved customer service, a time
saving procedure, exemplary customer service, exemplifies
high overall quality of performance, etc.

Every month
an employee's preformance will be reviewed by the management for
outstanding work for that month. An award presented to the employee
whose outstanding contribution was the most consistent throughout
the month.
Each award winner
receives a certificate, a token of appreciation for his/her efforts,
and recognition in SouthTravels.com website.
