HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Classic Room. The Imperial on Vienna's stately Ringstrasse boulevard was built by the Prince of Wurttemberg in the mid-nineteenth century as his private residence. Today guests reside on the hotel's six floors in refined luxury. On the hotel's top floor new rooms in classic style afford breathtaking views, while quarters below impress with historic pomp and palatial ceilings.

Deluxe Room. For over 130 years the Hotel Imperial has throned regally on Vienna's Ringstrasse and can look back on an eventful history as a princely residence. Even the most demanding guest will find deluxe category rooms, which range from 35 to 40 square metres, spacious and elegant. An inviting couch, stylish sofa or plush armchairs are ideal for relaxing after a fascinating day in the vibrant Austrian capital.

Imperial Junior Suite. Imperial Junior Suites are unique jewels in the historic hotel's crown. High ceilings and hand-crafted stucco, the sparkle of crystal chandeliers and exquisite antiques exude the palace's aristocratic character. Regular guests and newcomers alike can choose their favourite suite that measures from 50 to 60 square metres.

Executive Junior Suite. Executive Junior Suites offer plenty of space and air for new ideas and inspired projects after a busy day. High-fliers will feel at home on the Imperial's top floor: the wide panoramas and broad prospects necessary for making big decisions can be had on the two balconies high over Vienna.

Elisabeth Suite. The Elisabeth Suites are named after the great empress, consort of Emperor Franz Josef I. Leave the elevator for once and let your personal butler escort you up the majestic ceremonial staircase, past the Empress' portrait, to the traditional suites on the hotel's first and second floors.

Maisonette Suite. The Imperial's maisonette suites beckon with romance on two floors. The rooms with their 75-square meter open floor plan conjure up a stylish atmosphere for very special occasions. Guests enter the suites on the hotel's top floor over elegant, extravagantly fashioned parquet floors. The dominant colours are ochre and imperial "Schönbrunn" yellow that lend the rooms a light and friendly air.

Maria Theresia Suite. Spreading over 60-70 square metres, the three suites of the Maria Theresia category capture guests with historical charm. Laid out very individually, you might come across an azure bathroom in one suite, or multiple levels in another. The suites boast a selection of special details, featuring opulent chandeliers, noble fabrics and precious antiques. Those with a literary turn can spend many pleasant hours in the library of the inviting suite decorated in muted pink on whose walls hang works by old masters and up-and-coming artists.

Imperial Suite. A magnificent star-patterned parquet in the salon, opulent crystal chandeliers over the bed, cut-glass windows in the bathrooms: the Imperial Suites are an experience never to be forgotten. The six suites each with their own distinctive character reflect in a very special way the palace's historic ambiance. Each of the suites is imbued with imperial style and each is unique.

Royal Suite. Today's Royal Suites were once the private apartments of the palace's owner, Phillip of Wurttemberg. Exquisite crystal chandeliers glitter from seven-metre high stucco-decorated ceilings casting the rooms in sparkling aristocratic flair. Crowned heads and state guests, artists and megastars of three centuries have ascended the famed princely staircase to enter entranced a world of polished elegance.
