LOCATION:
The
Royal Castle Moenchstein Hotel is situated on the top of the Moenchsberg,
which is a hill in the city centre of Salzburg. The castle is surrounded
by its own large and quiet park. You can reach the old town within
7 minutes by walking along the "Moenchstein-Panorama Path",
with its marvellous view overlooking Salzburg, and then using the
elevator, which is built into the hill. It will take you to the
old part of the town with its beautiful sights, including the house
of birth of the world's famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart,
within one minute. The city center can also be reached within 5
minutes by car.
