20 kilometers from Vienna International Airport. The hotel is situated

of the hotel's 117 rooms are equipped with contemporary furniture
and many modern amenities including fax outlets. Some of the many
facilities and services offered at the hotel include safe deposit
boxes, a multilingual staff and conference facilities for up to
30 people. Our 117 comfortable rooms are equipped with en-suite
bathrooms, a direct dialing telephone with a message box, a mini-bar,
cable TV, a trouser press, computer and modem-link and a hairdryer.

| HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES |
The
classically-styled in-house restaurant serves a healthy choice of
fruits, produce, staples and beverages in its breakfast buffet while
the Markart Bar serves drinks not limited to sparkling wine or tropical
cocktails, best enjoyed at the end of the day.
The
hotel offers a 50 sq. m. air-conditioned seminar room which can
accommodate 30 people, takes advantage of natural lighting and
has the latest technical equipment which includes an overhead
projector, screen, VCR as well as basic needs such as flipcharts,
writing pads, pencils and board markers to contribute to the success
of most any function. Further equipment may be rented upon request
and the hotel will also assist in compiling the menu and beverage
list for the event.
A souvenir shop can also be found inside the hotel.
