palm trees, grand piano, the perfect milieu resembling an
exclusive club where guests can relax undisturbed, and where
savoring a drink becomes a ritual full of grace and charm."
Cafe Metropole: The Cafe Metropole is one of Brussels finest, with period
decorations and motifs:
Banquet and Meetings: When
a smile adds to the discretion and efficiency of service.
Everything you can expect from a contemporary hotel, but with
a tasteful luxury and unique personal character.
The Langevin
and Marie Curie rooms remind us that there are meeting places
other than uninspiring rooms with no atmosphere. The classic
decor in the Arthur Rubinstein room lends itself perfectly
to small concerts, immediately contributing to the splendour
of the occasion.
Gilded
coffers, Italian stuccos, modern wrought iron...Everywhere
beautiful details catch and delight the eye. A little further
on, a monumental fireplace with pillars and a bust, the pinkish
brown marble setting off the golds.
Once
again this is the architecture of archways and arcades which
beautifully reflects the origins of such a style. Ahead of
us a surprise still awaits in the form of a superb view of
the pure art deco spirals.
