ACCOMMODATION:
Every since it was built in 1905, the Radisson SAS Balmoral
hotel has prided itself on spoiling its guests. Even in those
days, every room had its own bathroom and central heating,
which was the height of luxury back in that time. The aristocracy
frequently stayed with us, and even King Leopold III hosted
many banquets in the hotel.
The Radisson SAS hotel
has continued its rich tradition and offers every possible
comfort you can imagine. All our 89 rooms and suites are elegantly
furnished, and fully equipped with all modern facilities such
as individual air-conditioning, PC-plugs, trouser press, separate
toilets and mini-bar. They are all very suitable family rooms
and we also offer several rooms for non-smokers.
SERVICES:
From early morning to late evening, you are welcome to use
our indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and fitness club.
For those with preference for outdoor activities, we offer
a golf putting green on site as well as tennis courts.
Just a footstep from
the hotel there are numerous possibilities for other activities
such as jogging, tracking, countryside walks, mountain biking
and horseback riding. You can play golf at several courses
nearby or rent a bicycle to explore the countryside.
In addition the hotel
provides in co-operation with the Thermes of Spa, numerous
cures and treatments with the healing water of the springs
of Spa.
COFERENCE
FACILITIES: The
meeting rooms are dedicated to the Belgian artists Delvaux,
Ensor, Jacobs, Lebrun and Permeke. They have natural daylight
and are modular and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Conferences can be held for up to 150 people, and can organise
receptions and cocktails for up to 250 people.
