| HOTEL DESCRIPTION |
Located along Helgolandsgade, the hotel is two streets away from the city's Central Railway Station and the Tivoli Gardens across the street from the latter. Guests arriving via the airport will have no difficulty reaching the hotel as trains link the airport with the rail station. Taxis, on the other hand, can bring guests directly to the hotel or the they can choose to ride the bus for another view of the city.
Easily accessible to hotel guests are the numerous shops, restaurants and cafes lining the longest pedestrian route in Europe, the Stroget, not to mention the lively atmosphere of the amusement park located in Tivoli, which have rides, games and dining opportunities for visitors of all ages. |

| ROOM FEATURES |
The Mayfair Hotel has 102 rooms & 4 suites decorated in classic English style supplemented by Far-East antiques. All the rooms have their own bath/toilet, radio, cabel( with CNN, BBC a.s.o.), hairdryer, electronic safe-deposit box, minibar and electric kettle so our guests can make their own tea or coffee in the room (free of charge). Furthermore you can plug your P.C. in every room.
As it is more convenient in some rooms than others, it is a good idea to inform us in advance if you want to work on the internet in your room. The information enables us to give you a room where both the telephone- and the electric plug are by the desk.
30 rooms are "non-smoker", covering every floor and room category. Please mention it upon making your reservations if you prefer a non-smoking room. |

The Mayfair Hotel is centrally situated, close to everything; Central Station, the Tivoli Gardens, the Pedestrian Street, theaters, museums and other cultural centers, as well as cozy restaurants and small cafés.
You will get the best start on a new day at the hotel's breakfast buffet, placed in a light and comfortable breakfast restaurant. The well trained front desk staff will always be ready to help guests making reservations for the theater as well as at a restaurant. Gyms, swimming pools, cinemas, bowling centers are "just around the corner", and if guests fancy a tour to the beach, horse riding or even a game of golf, the hotel can arrange it for you. Everything is within a radius of appr. 6 miles (10 km.).
Stylish and well-suited for business meetings and functions, the hotel's boardroom can seat up to 20 persons and can provide them audio-visual equipment, a Pentium computer which operates on a Windows platform, Internet access, inkjet printer and loudspeakers. |
