Coffee and pastries are served from 7.30 AM on weekdays. Chef offers a large menu combining international dishes and local Estonian flavors, weekdays and Saturdays from noon till late. Every Saturday from 12.00-18.00 Novell offers a special pancake menu. You can start your weekend with crispy pancakes and children can spend their time drawing. After dark the atmosphere becomes livelier, with music and atmospheric lighting, and a private dining area is available for groups.

Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast from 7 to 10 AM (8 – 11 AM on Sundays). From 11.45 AM (13.00 at weekends) healthy lunch menu – salads, grilled and wok-fried dishes – is served buffet style in warm, earth-toned surroundings. Daily lunch specials attract local business people. Open till 9 PM.
