HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Privately owned, cosy Hotel Arthur is located close to the Railwaystation in the very heart of Helsinki. The main sights, biggest department stores and theatres are just a walking distance away. The recently refurbished rooms are cosy and brightly coloured. Just beside Hotel Arthur there is the P-Kluuvi Parking Center for over 700 cars - the parking fee is 19 EUR for 24 hours in 2009 for our guests. in the beginning of the year 2007 hotel Arthur was enlarged with 25 new rooms in the 7th floor. Into the decoration has been added fresh warmth and harmony of colours. All the new rooms have panel-TV, broasband internet connection as well as minibar. In addition to this 17 new rooms have an unique, relaxing colourshower.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: The hotel has 167 rooms, non smoking and suitable for allergic guests. The rooms are with shower/toilet, telephone, colour-TV, Pay-TV and hairdryer – some with minibar. The freshcoloured newly renovated rooms will make your stay enjoyable and the larger Superior-rooms meet the approval of an even more demanding traveller. For groups and families there are comfortable rooms with 3 - 5 beds. In the Hotel there are also 2 large suites with a bedroom and a livingroom. At the reception you can get detailed information about the numerous sights and venues in Helsinki. HOTEL FACILITIES: The heart of Hotel Arthur is the kitchen. Our chefs prepare in addition to the tasty buffet breakfast also a delicious lunch buffet - suitable also for group lunches. In our a la carte menu you find fresh salads, creamy soups, warm fish and meat dishes for small or big appetite as well as sweet desserts. Our restaurant is fully licensed. The 3 cabinets in the restaurant suits very well for the lunch meetings, dinner parties, family parties or any private occation, where you wish to enjoy good meal in peace. The cabinets can be connected into one bigger room for 100 persons. In our cosy restaurant, which seats 250 persons, you can celebrate banquets, group dinners, Christmas parties and weddings. We tailor the menues according to the theme, and of course, the clients wishes and budget. Our banquet staff are true professionals, set on making your party a great success. The Banquet and Conference Facilities of Hotel Arthur are situated in the heart of Helsinki. We can accommodate conferences with up to 500 participants. In our magnificent Ball Room with 250 seats you can arrange conferences, exhibitions, cocktail parties, weddings, gala dinners or Christmas parties. In addition you can choose a facility from our Auditorium, Lecture Hall, Conference Room (5th floor) or Lauha which all suit very well for press conferences and information meetings, and seat approximately 30 - 60 persons. You can also make fine decissions in the atmosphere of the beginning of the century in the halls of Hjelt, Aurola and Malin or the Board Meeting Room.
