in 1991. This modern wing is the work of the world-famous French
architect Jean Nouvel.
The majority of the rooms are overlooking the Cloister courtyard

RESTAURANT: Le
Saint Louis is located in the heated gallery overlooking the magnificient
Cloister courtyard. Whichever the season, you will enjoy the splendid
view of the XVIth Century facade and the 200 year old plane trees.
The restaurant serves traditional French and provençal
dishes. Our Chef likes to use the locally produced ingredients
and fish from the nearby Mediterranean. Our restaurant manager
and his staff provide you with an efficient and discreet service.
2 private dining-rooms for 25 and 85 persons.
Total dining capacity is 180 persons (including the restaurant)
MEETINGS: The
convenient location of the hotel within the city center, its large
