bar, radio, alarm clock and hair dryer. Lighting can be adjusted

boutique enclosed in the Bleibtreu Hotel. The shop was promoted
in 1997 to the premier rose specialist shop in Berlin and
combines the most interesting types of roses in the most varied
colors and forms.Works of art, whose beauty is almost immortal.
Bouquets are accessorized with everything from exotic greenery
to herbs and fruits. Always coordinated around the individual
type of rose, accompaniments are unobtrusive and serve to
support the beauty and value of this regal flower - a harmonious
composition of romance and modernity. The array is complemented
by other splendid flowers, such as callas, white lilies and
orchids.
The
rising star in the rosy heavens, however, is the open-air
("Freiland") rose, admired for its beauty and treasured

& BARS: Restaurant "31", run by the
hotel, can offer seats to approximately 70 guests. In summer,
enjoy tranquility in a landscaped and imaginatively designed
inner court under the green roof of chestnut trees. In the
tradition of the famous New York Deli, this exclusive bistro
opened in 1998 in the Bleibtreu Hotel. All meals are prepared
individually à la minute before the guest’s eyes. The
espresso bar in the Bleibtreu Hotel is a meeting place for
the most diverse people of Bleibtreustraße. Mornings
are spent over café au lait and croissants, lunch breaks
deserve real Italian espresso, and evenings are enjoyed over
a glass of wine in the establishment’s unique atmosphere.
