Set
in the real heart of Old Munich only 2 blocks from the colorful
Marienplatz. Within walking distance to major tourist sights, cultural
points of interest, shopping areas and business centres. Central
Train Station is only 2 kilometres away and the Fairground is about
7 kilometres far from the hotel. The Airport is approximately 30
kilometres away.
Family run for over 100 years. More than 500 Years of Tradition
is our incentive and your promise. The philosophy of our owner,
Mr Werner Kirchlechner and his team is to combine Tradition with
modern day facilities. For us it is important that every guest is
offered individual service and is not considered as a paying room
number. |

| ROOM FEATURE |

| All
of the hotel's 92 rooms and suites are furnished with ensuite
bath/shower, hairdryer, hot/cold water, IDD, in-room laptop
port and safe, TV and voice mail. Single rooms are 16 sqm
in size and can hold a maximum of 1 person only. Double and
Triple rooms are 24 sqm and 26 sqm respectively. Both rooms
have shower or bathtub. Double Deluxe are 30 sqm in area and
are additionally furnished with tea and coffee making facilities
and mini bar and equipped with shower and bathtub. Suites
are bit bigger at 32 sqm and enjoys all the amenities of the
Double Deluxe plus a sofa in living room. Non
smoking rooms are available. |

In
1999 two Conference rooms were opened. Both the "München"
(22qm) and "Europa"(46qm) rooms offer everything
that you may need for Meetings, Presentations, and Training.
Naturally a trained team of staff are available to ensure
the success of your meeting. In
the "Ristorante La Famiglia" you can enjoy the delights
of the Toscana Cuisine from the Crocamo family. Our regular
guests already know that a recommendation from the waitress
should not be ignored. The great expectations of our guests
are almost always exceeded. Our
regular hotel guests are already familiar with the warm friendly
greetings from the reception team.
Once the bellboy has assisted
you with parking and brought your luggage up to any one of
our comfortable hotel rooms you can concentrate on your visit
here in the heart of Munich.
But before you start your adventure
enjoy a sip of mineral water which is replenished daily on
a complimentary basis. If
assistance is required planing leisure time then the Concierge
are there to help. Whether its theatre tickets, tours, train
times, car hire or any other large or small enquiry we are
at your disposal. Come and go as you please, the reception
offers a 24 hour service. The
hotel Director, Mr Manfred Fritsch does not miss the chance
to greet our guests at breakfast. It is often during these
important moments at the beginning of the day when our guests
can evaluate their stay. Many of our regular guests enjoy
this direct contact to the hotel management. In the event
that one of our guests has not been totally satisfied with
his stay then here he will always find a competent contact
person. |
