LOCATION
Le
Meridien Hildesheim dominates the beautiful market square, Hildesheim's
'jewel in the crown', which dates back to 1160 and was once
a thriving trading centre. However, most of the town was destroyed
during World War II, except for the town hall, and the citizens
of Hildesheim have rebuilt and restored the buildings to their
original splendour. The sites and shopping streets are only
a few minutes away from the hotel. This market square is a regular
meeting place for young and old, and it attracts visitors from
