The philosophy of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is determined by its
inimitable ambience, which has evolved over more than hundred years,
deliberately avoiding uniformity and monotonous functionality. All 157
rooms and suites have their own individual touch. This uniqueness is
experienced with the breath taking view over the Inner Alster Lake, which
can be enjoyed from many rooms.

We offer 560 rooms and suites tastefully decorated in a timeless and functional style. Our rooms are equipped with amenities expected of a first-class hotel and all rooms come with a view of Hamburg. Non-smoking rooms are reserved on special floors.

From succulent duck, smoked in our authentic Chinese oven, to the home-made coconut rum ice-cream, Trader Vic's is guaranteed to surprise and satisfy even the most seasoned traveller. Sections of the restaurant, such as the Captain’s Cabine, can be reserved. Celebrate a theme party or an exclusive, intimate, gala-dinner, as Carlos Santana, Jon Bon Jovi and the US Notre Dame Football stars have done--only some of our famous guests.
Our Super Breakfast Buffet is served in a cosy setting adjacent to a winter garden. You may choose from a variety of different delicacies to start the day: A selection of cheese, bread and fish, eggs prepared to your favor, fresh fruits, cereals, tea from Ronnefeldt, cappuccino and juices are some examples to spoil your stomach.
At Sundays the breakfast buffet is offered with additional hot dishes until noon. At festive holidays the brunch is very popular. For any kind of private or business meal from 20 persons onward our Chef de Cuisine is happy to recommend a variety of menus and buffets.

The relaxing view over the botanical gardens and a wide range of dishes and drinks makes this lounge bistro a perfect meeting place at any time of the day. Regional and international dishes are part of the menu. Afternoon tea, coffee and pastries as well as an evening drink are also served in this cosy setting. Before and after functions held in the adjacent Congress Center Hamburg, CCH, it is also very popular to meet here.
Hamburg's highest club and lounge, the Top of Town offers great drinks, along with fabulous views of the city. Located 106 metres above street level, our rooftop club is open until 4 a.m. for your dancing pleasure.
Just visit our swim & sport area at the second floor, if you want to keep well and fit, need new energy or a time out. The year-round, indoor pool is heated to a soothing 29ºC. All guests, staying at the hotel, have free access to our simming pool, to the fitness studio as well as to the sauna.
