individually shaped rooms await our guests to fill them with
life. We offer you 22 comfortable single and double rooms
of various size and amenities. All our rooms are equipped
with cable-TV, ISDN-Telephone and fax/data connection.
We want you to have a good night's rest and therefore even
our single rooms have comfortable large beds with plush bedding.
Whether you want to start your day at ease or get in the fast
pace of the city, our abundant breakfast buffet will most
certainly satisfy you.

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
A
Business Center and a garage complement the hotel's facilities.
Small animals allowed. Located on the 6th floor, the hotel
offers a fitness room, sauna and solarium (free of charge
for hotel guests).
In
the morning, enjoy the varied breakfast buffet. The Restaurant
"Bodega del Sol" with 100 seats offers an international
cuisine and Spanish specialities. Typical German Biergarten.
At the end of a busy day, you can wind down with a drink at
the lobby bar and enjoy homemade tapas.
Six banqueting and convention rooms for up to 300 persons
are at your disposition. All of the rooms have individually
controlled air-conditioning, modern audio visual conference
equipment and daylight. In addition, we offer secretarial
services as well as special 12 & 24-hours conference packages.

At the southern edge of the port town center, directly at the entrance to the free port and to the well-known Elbbrücken, is the Gresham Carat hotel. The ideal binding to the A1 and the A7 guarantee a relaxed journey by car.
A comfortable journey with public means of transport is by the close bus stop, as well as by those approx. rapid-transit railway station Veddel Ballinstadt removed 10 min footpath possible.
