HOTEL FACILITIES: Playzoe: Swimsuits and bare feet are perfectly acceptable in Playzoe, our poolside snack bar open during the summer months. In designing the area for casual comfort, architect and interior designer Tony Chi succeeded in making it one of the most tranquil places in the hotel. Light meals, snacks, ice cream and exotic cocktails such as the Cosmopolitan and the mojito are served.

Cafezoe:
Cafezoe strikes just the right balance of modern international fare and classic Greek favourites in an elegantly hip setting. New menu items appear every three months to reflect the season’s bounty, and include dishes such as fresh whole Aegean Sea fish baked in a sea salt crust. On Sundays from October to May, the Sunday Table is filled with families and groups of friends sharing food, regional wines and live folkloric music in traditional Greek spirit.

The Café Vienna Tea Lounge is the place to see and be seen in Athens. A modern take on the city’s famous café culture, this hot spot lures locals, celebrities and hotel guests with specialties including corretto (espresso with a shot of Sambuca), hot chocolate Valrhona and herbal teas. You’ll also want to peruse the food menu, which features favourites such as sweet and savoury crêpes, Viennese pastries, unusual ice creams and chocolate trilogy cake. Live music adds to the cool evening ambiance.
