HOTEL DESCRIPTION: The renowned New York based architects, the Rockwell Group, have undertaken the renovation project of the Belvedere hotel. The entire pool area, bars and restaurants were completed in 2007. The first three New Generation rooms were presented to Belvedere guests in 2008. Twenty more “New Generation” rooms will be complete, along with the new lobby area, this summer. The New Generation rooms are introducing a new accommodation concept, offering more than just comfort but an entire living experience.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: The rooms are engineered to include fully recessed, powerful air-conditioning units and pleasant floor heating for the winter months. State-of-the-art audiovisual centers are installed throughout the accommodation spaces, easily controllable, and incorporating i-pod docking stations, flat screen TV' s, DVD's and high fidelity surround systems. A work desk is available, fully outfitted for AC power access, including a plug and play docking for digital cameras and i-pods. In-room high-speed internet access and wireless connection is provided.
Some of the rooms have a beverage center with a built in freezer and ice machine, as well as island terraces that are perfect for outdoor lounging, sunbathing and dining.
New Standard Room:
The standard room is custom designed to satisfy not only the requirements of a luxurious hotel room but also the high end expectations of the loyal Belvedere guests. This contemporary Cycladic environment is incorporating the understated luxury of a Belvedere Suite engineered in one space. This room of 23 m2 encompasses a queen bedroom with clever storage underneath the bed and a combination of plaster and marble niche walls housing discreet technology features and including a beverage centre with a built in full service bar trolley and a retractable work top/dining table. The room is dynamically configured to offer a day to night transformation. A dressing area is separating the room from the bathroom. The Standard room located on the ground floor, integrates a personal compact island terrace, perfect for outdoor lounging and dining.

New Standard Pool/Sea View room:
This room of 23m2 encompasses a queen bedroom including a beverage center with a built in full service bar trolley - dining table. The Standard Pool/Sea View room integrates a personal compact island terrace with either Pool or Sea view.
Junior Suite:
The Junior suite encompasses a king bedroom and a living room separated into two distinct rooms by an internal door. Good for both privacy and entertaining this spacious suite of 40 m2 is located on the ground floor and offers views to the Belvedere pool. All walls include a combination of plaster and marble niches, housing discreet technology features. A multifunctional millwork installation is separating the living room from the bathroom, integrating a beverage centre with a built in freezer and ice machine, a recessed Tv station, a safe cabinet, a make up desk, a variety of drawers and a retractable work top/dining table. Both bedroom and living room are equipped with the same technology to offer ultimate comfort. The suite is dynamically configured to allow a day to night transformation. The bedroom balcony and island terrace of the living room are perfect for outdoor lounging and dining.
Superior Room:
26-27 m2 of useful space. This room has an open floor plan with a king bedroom including a beverage center with a built in full service bar trolley - dining table. The Superior room integrates a personal compact island terrace with either Pool or Sea view perfect for outdoor lounging and dining.
Junior Pool / Sea View Suite:
The Junior suite encompasses a king bedroom and a living room with a sofa, separated into two distinct rooms by an internal door. Good for both privacy and entertaining this spacious suite of 40 m2 is located either on the ground floor and offers views to the Belvedere pool or on the first floor offering Sea view. All walls include a combination of plaster and marble niches, housing discreet technology features. A multifunctional millwork installation is separating the living room from the bathroom, integrating a recessed Tv station. This suite has a beverage center with a built in freezer and ice machine, a safe cabinet, a make up desk, a variety of drawers and a dining table. Deluxe Room
This room of 26 m2 has an open floor plan with a king bedroom including a beverage center with a built in full service bar trolley - dining table & a dressing area. The Deluxe room is located on the first floor and integrates a personal compact island terrace 7-12 sq meters with extraordinary views to Mykonos town, the Aegean Sea and the Belvedere Pool perfect for outdoor lounging and dining (some rooms have both sun deck and shaded area).

Belvedere Suite:
The Belvedere Suite is the signature accommodation of the Belvedere hotel and has an open floor plan with a king bedroom and a living room visually separated by a curved rosewood screen. An internal door and architectural panels are beautifully installed to easily isolate or unify the bedroom and living room according to your mood for privacy or entertaining. This spacious accommodation of 60 m2 is located on the first floor and includes two terraces with spectacular views to Mykonos town, the Aegean Sea and the Belvedere Pool. The living room encompasses a built in Mykonian sofa, a multifunctional millwork installation integrating a beverage centre with a freezer and ice machine feature, a recessed Tv station, a safe cabinet, a variety of drawers, a retractable work top and a dining table. Both bedroom and living room are equipped with the same technology to offer ultimate comfort. The suite is dynamically configured to allow a day to night transformation. The living room terrace is perfect for sunbathing and lounging while savouring rare views of the Aegean Sea and Greek islands.
The Belvedere Suite features an oversized bathroom of 20 m2 including a large shower plate, a free standing soaking tub, a comfortable dressing area with a handcraft decorative wall mirror, a resting area and an outdoor terrace with sunset views.

HOTEL FACILITIES: A cellar with 5.000 bottles and a small wine library. Belvedere's wine list is awarded since 2003 with the "Award of Excellence" from the American Magazine "Wine Spectator". It is open for visits and wine tastings.
World famous chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, better known as 'Nobu', has for the last ten years become renowned around the world for his celebrity packed restaurants, which offer his unique 'new style' cuisine combining traditional Japanese ingredients with Peruvian influences.
Nobu felt it would be the perfect opportunity, as well as the ideal setting, to introduce his own cuisine to this beautiful island at the Belvedere Hotel. Legendary dishes such as Tiradito, Black Cod with Miso and New Style Sashimi, amongst others are available on the Matsuhisa Mykonos a la carte menu.

BELVEDERE BAR:
The main Belvedere Bar and Hotel restaurant have been renovated by renowned US architect David Rockwell Group in 2007. Inspired by the Aegean Sea and the light reflections the three level restaurant and bar is filled with aquamarine and nature accents. The pool area transforms from daytime sunbathing to an upscale bar in the evening.
Importance is given to the quality of the cocktails designed by the famous mixologist Dale de Groff. We are also happy to announce the collaboration with the renowned Greek Australian chef George Callombaris for the design of the menu for the Belvedere Restaurant.

A new luxurious gym has been installed to the Belvedere Hotel Facilities since July 2005. The 24 Hour State of the Art Gym (85 m2) has a unique style that fits in perfect harmony with the simplicity of the premises.
The basic characteristics of the design are the transparency, the theatrical lighting and the roof with the boucamvillias, that creates to a visitor the sense that he is working out outdoors. At the same time, the minimalistic tedency along with the colour fitting offers the visitor a unique feeling during work out.
The stretching area, the cardio vascular equipment area as well as the strength equipment area that provides and meets the needs of any trainee that wants to be in shape . The gym is equipped with the well known Cybex Eagle series and Uesaka dumbbells. There are 3 treadmills, 1 x-trainer and 1 bicycle. For the really athletic ones, a Leg curl, Leg extention, Chest press and Overhead press are available.
